Rochelle joined us in May 2016 as a Senior Nursery Practitioner in our Acorns room before being confirmed as Acorns Deputy Room Leader with Tarah in June 2018. Rochelle had worked for a nursery in London for a number of years before relocating to Reading and it was our good fortune that she decided Park Day was where she wanted to work. Rochelle exemplifies outstanding Early Years practice every day. Never flustered always calm she prides herself on her professional approach to her role.
She has won the “Observation of the Month” award on a number of occasions. She is often given our new starters as her very patient approach works particularly well with those children.
